My greatest strength lies in my ability to work effectively with diverse populations and meet clients where they are. I have experience supporting individuals across a wide range of settings, including homeless shelters, single mothers, high schools, the criminal justice system, schools for children with disabilities, among many more. Working within varied environments has strengthened my adaptability, empathy, and clinical insight, allowing me to show up fully for my clients regardless of their background, identity, or life circumstances.
At the core of my work is meaningful, one-on-one connection. My experience has taught me that healing and growth happen through trust, presence, and individualized care, values I intentionally bring into every therapeutic relationship. This client-centered approach allows me to provide thoughtful, grounded support that honors each person’s unique story and needs.
My Approach
This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what I believe in.
Life changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. My practice focuses on supporting individuals through complex experiences that may feel overwhelming, from everyday stressors to the impact of intergenerational trauma and perinatal mental health. Even in moments of uncertainty, you deserve the space to feel, process, and heal. You don’t have to navigate it alone. In therapy, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and supported through whatever season of life you’re in. Our work is collaborative and tailored to you, focusing on practical coping strategies that genuinely fit your life, strengthening communication, and gaining clarity around what matters most to you.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and direct solution-focused techniques. I also integrate somatic and holistic practices to foster a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your emotions and experiences.
At every stage of our work together, I am guided by my core values and a commitment to intentional care. I strive to create a grounded and supportive environment where clients can engage in thoughtful, sustainable work that leads to meaningful and long-term progress.
